The starting pointThe stay duration controls the number of rate fields. New nights start at zero.
Enter accommodation only, before markup, taxes and separate fees. Per-night charges still use the stay’s number of nights. Your nightly rates are kept when switching pricing modes.
Enter the rental component only. Charges marked “included” are rolled into the displayed price; they are still added to the rental input once.
Channel adjustment
Fees have their own markup switch below. Markup increases the selected amounts; it is not a commission gross-up.
Fees & add-ons
Percentage fees use the selected subtotal after markup, before taxes. They do not compound with other percentage fees.
Taxes
“Included tax” is extracted from its selected base. Other taxes are added. Taxes on the same base do not compound. “Accommodation only” excludes extra guest charges. Select additional fees within each tax. Fixed taxes are charged once per selected unit across their targets.

Promotions stack sequentially: before-markup first, then after-markup, in listed order within each stage. Fixed discounts apply once per stay. Percentage-fee bases stay as calculated before channel promotions. Confirm the channel’s actual rules.
Enter each amount in the main currency. Blank means not entered; enter 0 for a missing charge. Charge amounts include any embedded taxes. Added tax lines are separate.
Use the main currency and the same price basis. Channel comparison uses the expected price after enabled promotions.
